Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the AI Money Machine Toolkit ("the Product"), a digital download offered on this website by Avkenson Enterprises LLC("we", "us", "our"), trading as "AI Money Machine". By purchasing or downloading the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. License

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product's prompts, templates, scripts and other assets for your own business or client work. You may not resell, redistribute or share the raw files with third parties.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Product or this website. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: using the Product for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose; sending spam or unsolicited messages; infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; uploading malware or attempting to probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the website; reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the raw Product files; and circumventing any technical restrictions on the Product.

3. Delivery

The Product is delivered instantly as a digital download after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No guarantees

The Product is an educational and productivity toolkit. We make no guarantee of income, revenue or business results. Your results depend on your own effort and market conditions.

7. Intellectual property

All Product content, including prompts, templates, scripts, brand assets and the "AI Money Machine" name, is owned by Avkenson Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Outputs you create using the Product (e.g. copy generated from a prompt) are yours to use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product or this website, without refund where permitted by law, if you: materially breach these Terms; fail to pay amounts due; engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; pose a security risk to the Product, the website or other users; or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure the issue first.
