This Privacy Policy explains what information Avkenson Enterprises LLC("we", "us", "our"), trading as "AI Money Machine", collects when you visit this website or purchase the AI Money Machine Toolkit, and how that information is used. Avkenson Enterprises LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this website.

When you purchase the Product, our payment processor Stripe Payments Europe, Limited collects your name, email, billing address and payment details in order to process the transaction. We receive your email and order details from Stripe so we can deliver the download and provide customer support. We may also collect basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type, referring page) and any messages you send us through our contact channels.

How we use your information

We use your email to deliver the Product, send purchase-related messages (receipts, download links, product updates) and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis for processing
